It's Day 22 and I'm feeling great! Will and I made a trip to Costco today and there weren't really any samples so no real temptation. I picked up some fruit and veg to keep us eating well and a few toys as well.
We went to dinner with the Katie and crew at our favorite Mongolian BBQ place. Lots of veggies and zero noodles for me! I wish I could say I had something more interesting but that's it for today. I'm definitely looking forward to reading Kaisi's post because on vacations there is always plenty of great stuff to blog about.

15g of Guittard Chocolate Chips (70cal)
BMR CALC: 1700-1550=150 Deficit (I added 300cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food.)
(For an explanation please see Shelley: Day 1 Post) Also, I updated my BMR from 1760 to 1700. As I lose weight that number will continue to fall.
PS. I want to mention that I have been estimating pretty high on my snitching total and if I am unsure of exactly how many calories are in something I always estimate high as well. So Katie, if you're reading this, ignore my math on the Mongolian BBQ, I just do it for my own reference.
If you look at my post I calculated the same amount for the BBQ :) I was curious as to what you were going to calculate. Apparently great minds think alike!
