Shelley: Day 23

Today was a fun one. We started things out with baby playgroup and Will really enjoyed himself. He is one of the bigger kids and is more toddler than baby these days but he just loves being around other kids.

After his afternoon nap we headed out with the Henries (Katie and Crew) and snagged dinner at Panera/Pinkberry and headed over to Babies R Us to stock up on some supplies. While we were there we snapped some cute photos of the kids in some of the power vehicles. By the time we finished up it was almost nine and time to get the littles back for bed!

Today's Food Summary:

Breakfast:
3 Adele's Chicken Meatballs and 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce(240cal)

Snack:
Small Low Sodium V8 (30cal)

Lunch:
Three Adele's Chicken Meatballs and 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce (240cal)

Snack:
1 Slice of Homemade Wheat Bread (150cal), Thanks Andrea, this was soooo good! Feel free to post the recipe in the comments or I'll snag it from you the next time I see you.
Raspberries (20cal)
Small Low Sodium V8 (30cal)

Dinner:
1/2 Sami and a Bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup (410cal)

Snack:
Pinkberry (100cal)
Pinkberry Super Sample (90cal), I wish I'd done the math on this one before I'd eaten it, ugh. Stay away from the Peanut Butter Flavor, it's good but way too many calories and way too much fat!

BMR CALC: 1700-1510=190 Deficit (I added 200cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food.)
(For an explanation please see Shelley: Day 1 Post) Also, I updated my BMR from 1760 to 1700. As I lose weight that number will continue to fall.
