Katie Day 73
Check out my weight loss ticker!! Only 0.4 lbs to go and then I will have reached my goal!!! What a GREAT day! I was hoping to be to my goal by Christmas and its not even Halloween! I will now have to set a new goal and that feels great! The day is still young so I haven't had any food yet therefore no stats :) But I will post tonight!

Katie Day 68
True to my word I am blogging again! Today was a fairly uneventful day so this post is going to be short as I don't have much to report. My little man slept in today til about 8:30 so I slept in too :) Dan is starting a new club at school and so James and I wanted to go and surprise him and take his picture as he was holding sign ups so my morning was a bit rushed as we had to be to the school by 9:30. I fed James and didn't have time to eat but I knew that I needed to have breakfast so I grabbed a 100 calorie granola bar. When we got back home I was hungry so I had 1/2 a cup of cheerios. For lunch we had leftover chicken tacos that I made on Wednesday, it was yummy! Then for dinner I wanted to make an autumn type dinner so I made this new chicken casserole with wild rice and boy was it good! It was only 166 calories for 1 serving so I had 1 1/2 servings but I should have only had 1 serving as it was way filling. For dessert tonight I had a skinny cow ice cream cup for 150 calories, thanks Kaisi for introducing me to those! Oh and while I was at the grocery store I stopped by Starbucks and bought myself a child's hot chocolate without whipped cream for 160 calories. Those little hot chocolates are the perfect size and temp!! My calorie count total for today is 1257 so Im a little over my 1200 but oh well. Its only 9:30 but I am tired so I think that I will now head off to bed!

Katie Day 67
Wow I can't believe that I haven't posted for such a long time! I am still on the diet wagon and things are going WAY GOOD!! Today I was at the mall and just for fun I walked into GAP and tried on some jeans and I am in a size 8!!! That was my goal for Christmas time and it isn't even Halloween yet! I was super excited and even did a little dance in the dressing room! Not only do the size 8's fit they fit just right and I don't have to suck in to button them up! When this diet started I was squeezing into a size 12 and I haven't seen a signal digit number since I got married 5 years ago! I have said this before and I know that I will say it again but counting calories WORKS!! Today I watched my calorie count up until dinner tonight when we went out with the Crofts to Plutos and they don't have their nutrition facts posted so I don't know how many calories I ate but it sure tasted good. Here is what I ate today :
Breakfast : Cheerios and 1 cup Skim Milk 193 calories
Lunch : Home made pizza 282 calories
Dinner : Chicken Sandwich
Snacks : Rice Cakes, Granola Thin, Truffle, Pinkberry 480
Exercise : Walk around Mall for about 1 hr Burn 232 calories
