Katie Day 1
Today started off great! I woke up and had rice cereal for breakfast and didn't snack at all this morning. I was feeling pretty good about things so around 12:30 I was a little hungry and hadn't had any coke so again feeling so proud of myself :) I then had about 4 bites of grilled chicken and some water and ran out the door to go to my first weigh in. After James and I left the weigh in I was STARVING! I wanted something to eat so very badly and a hamburger and Dr Pepper from Carls Jr sounded so very delicious. However again I restrained myself and just kept driving. I was not in a very good mood when I picked up my husband from school and was not in the mood to cook. And then the spiral downward began :( We went out to eat cause I was mad that I didn't want to cook and that I was hungry and so on and so on. I did only eat grilled chicken and some hummus so I don't feel too bad about dinner. Oh wait I did drink a small coke :( My diet life gets worse. Dan had to study so he was gone all night and I had the munchies so yep you guessed it I gave in and ate some candy. But at least my morning was good and so was my afternoon I just blew it royally in the evening! Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully a better one! I am even planning on working out! Til then I am going to go to bed and mope a little while longer in my failed diet day :(
