Hi everyone. Today has been a pretty average day. I woke up for work at 6, but didn't get a chance to get breakfast till about 9. For breakfast I whipped up some eggs. A few hours later I was pretty hungry again, but didn't want to eat lunch yet so I had my morning snack. The granola I had last night was so delish, I broke it out again. For lunch I had some tuna with a tsp of light mayo (I know, bad Kaisi), but I put it on a sandwich thin so I like to think that makes up for it. Katie and I had Zumba at 6:15, typically about the time I start preparing my dinner so I knew I needed to have my snack before we went or I would be starvin' marvin mid Zumba, so I hard boiled some eggs. Zumba was a great workout, although I hope that for my future classes the instructor perfects her dance, it was a bit hard to follow. For dinner I wanted to eat light since it was after 7pm, so I had a slim-fast. My hunger is completely satisfied and I am looking forward to bedtime, so I don't anticipate any more snacking.
