Katie Day 7

Hello Day 7 wow one week down! I feel so good and I must agree with Kaisi it is amazing how you want healthy food once the garbage food is out of your system. Eating healthy just feels good! Way to go Shelley on almost 10 lbs lost! Thats AWESOME! And Kaisi high fives to you and all the working out you are doing! You two inspire me and I am so glad that we are in this weight loss plan together! Today I really wanted some caffeine because we had a very long night with my little man as he is teething and I woke up with a migraine. However I held on strong and didn't go for any caffeine, just drank water! I feel empowered that I said NO to myself on wanting to indulge. As I wrote yesterday I knew today I would want something sweet and so sure enough in the afternoon I decided to go for a skinny cow and it was actually really good and only 100 calories. MUCH better than a candy bar or something :) I was satisfied at the end of each of my meals today and I just can't believe how filling it is to eat healthy. The portions are plenty to fill me up and I don't feel bloated after I eat! Its a great feeling! Ok, here is what I ate today:

Breakfast : Rice Krispies 1 1/4 Cups 130 Calories

Vinaigrette 0 Calories
Squash 1 Cup 20 Calories

Snacks : Cantalope 1 Cup 54 Calories
Skinny Cow 1 Bar 100 Calories
Cheerios 1 Cup 103 Calories
Strawberries 1/2 Cup 23 Calories
Popsicle 1 15 Calories
