What is it about Sundays that makes me want to eat and eat and eat? Thank heavens we went to church so I was out of the house and not tempted to eat badly! I had my normal breakfast and lunch today. Then for dinner we had pot roast and salad. It was WAY YUMMY! Thanks Shelley! I had a mini cupcake for dessert and felt satisfied. But by the time it was 8:30 I was super duper hungry!! I wanted a huge bowl of spaghetti! But I knew I couldn't do that so I had a cup of cheerios with some milk. It hit the spot! Here is my food/calorie break down for today :
Breakfast : Cinnamon Cheerios and Skim Milk 200 Calories
Lunch : Chicken Sandwich Thin, laughing cow cheese, pickle 170 calories
Dinner : Potroast, veggies, salad 425 calories
Snacks : granola thin, apple slices, mini cupcake, cinnamon cheerios, 1/2 cup skim milk 385 calories
Well both of my boys are fast asleep so I think I shall do the same. Until tomorrow . . . Happy Dieting!
