All in all I feel good about today! It was a fun BBQ and it was so nice to have Shelley and Kaisi there to cheer us all on about being good and staying healthy. I can't believe all the excess food I had been eating! When I weigh my food I realize how much I can eat and I love that I am nice and pleasantly full but not stuffed. I like eating and I like that now when I am finished eating I don't feel guilty for over eating. Also I want to give Kaisi and Shelley a big shout out . . . GREAT JOB Ladies! We are going to look sooo HOT and FANTASTIC for the Holidays! I can't wait! Keep up the good work because you two help keep me motivated and I truly appreciate that!
