Katie Day 19

Today was such a fun day! I was able to get into a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear for a while and I got a new haircut HOORAY! After my haircut I was way hungry and so Dan and I were trying to decide where to go for lunch. I was feeling good about how I looked so I really wanted to go out. Then I decided that I would be strong and we would go home and eat leftovers. SO we did! Yes I the queen of eating out went home and ate leftovers again! I am so proud of myself because lately I have been being so much better about eating in! After lunch we had to run to the store to get some food to feed the missionaries. I had the munchies soooo bad but I was strong and only bought the food we needed for dinner. I will admit though that I did buy a Diet Dr P and had about 1/2 of it. The other 1/2 is in the fridge for tomorrow :) We had tri tip for dinner and zucchini. For an appetizer I pulled out some strawberries and Nutella. I only ate the strawberries no Nutella for me! Again another proud moment! Then for dessert everyone made SMORES. I watched as they roasted their giant marshmallows and put candy bars onto their graham crackers and ate all the gooeyness up and licked their fingers. And I resisted the urge to have even one small bite :) I did however have a skinnycow chocolate ice cream sandwich and it was divine! I am actually 200 calories under what I should be at tonight which isn't good, but I am tired, full, and don't want to eat something since it is almost 10:00. So I am going to go to bed and try to be more on top of my calorie intake tomorrow. Here is what I ate today :

Breakfast : Cheerios and Skim Milk 193 calories

Lunch : Spaghetti and 1/2 cup Raspberries 363 calories

Dinner : 4 oz Tri Tip and Zucchini 266 calories

Snacks : 1/2 Cup Strawberries, Skinnycow Ice Cream Sandwich 164 calories

Exercise : Yeah Right :)
