We were in Los Altos, CA and I put Will in the stroller and we went in search for food that came with nutritional information. I can't tell you how many places we went to and NONE, NOT ONE had their nutritional information. SO LAME.... particularly because California has passed legislation regarding posting this information. So we finally settled on Le Boulanger. I got a half of a veggie sami (300cal) and a side salad (350cal).
For a snack, I had 50g of Pinkberry Frozen Yogurt we have in the freezer (50cal) and a wedge of laughing cow low fat cheese(35cal).
Dinner was the major issue. We did a BBQ with Katie, Kaisi, and all of our families as well as some new friends. I had six ounces of filet minon (312cal), zucchini (40cal), 1/2ounce tri-tip(22.5cal), four shrimp(40cal), cocktail sause (25cal). Asian salad with dressing (50 cal).
I followed up dinner with 100g of Pinkberry and fruit (120cal, I had more fruit than usual).
BMR CALC: 1760-1524.5= 235.5 Deficit (I added 100cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food, mostly fruit.)

Not my best day at all but still under control. It definitely helps that I've been avoiding all sweets. I did indulge in a Cherry Coke Zero this morning as the airport trip meant it was a very early day. It's definitely easier to eat either at home or where the nutritional informaiton is available.
Let's keep it up ladies! We are so awesome! Kaisi, the shrimp were a great idea. Katie, that watermelon was so goooooooooood, thanks for letting me take some home for breakfast tomorrow! Couldn't do it without you guys. Until tomorrow. . . (yes, I stole that line from Kaisi, but I like it, so there!)
