I have to admit, I had a serious battle with myself a few minutes ago because all I wanted to do was munch. So I heated up some broth and I feel nice and full for only 10 calories!
I really want a 15 cal sugar-free popsicle but that would most definitely wake up the little guy so I'll hold off until tomorrow.
Today's Food Summary:
Breakfast:
2oz of Fresh Low-Fat Mozerella Cheese (120cal)
1Tbsp of Balsamic Vinigar (10cal)
1 small tomato (30cal)

Crock-pot Roast with Onions, Carrots and Celery (no potatoes because I knew I wouldn't resist!) (325cal)
Katie's Low Cal Cupcake (120cal)
Snack:
Good old fashioned fat free, low sodium broth. It hits the spot every time and helps me get in some liquid. (10cal)
BMR CALC: 1691-1265=426 Deficit (I added 300cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food.)
(For an explanation please see Shelley: Day 1 Post) Also, I updated my BMR from 1760 to 1691. As I lose weight that number will continue to fall.
I'm feeling really good about yesterday and today and not deprived at all! All I have to do is control my snacking urges and I should be good to go. Katie are going for a much needed walk tomorrow. I'm seriously looking forward to it!
