Hi everybody!. Today was a pretty good day. Really busy, but we got everything done. I woke up this morning with my bug at around 7:30 and fed her. She went back to sleep, so naturally so did I. We then woke up around 10:30. Man I know that makes me a
total looser for sleeping so late, but I LOVED it. When I got up I decided to weigh myself since I will be out of town for the next week. With my day yesterday you'd think I was up at least a little, but no... At an all time low for this diet. I was so shocked, but happy I didn't totally blow it yesterday. I had some eggs for breakfast, I added some peppers so that was a nice change. I had so much packing, laundry and dishes to do before I leave, but I couldn't get the fire under my butt going to do it. Instead I had Ashley come over to watch the
Bachelor Pad with me! So trashy, I love it. I had some lunch while she was over. Leftover flat bread turkey and ham sandwich from Subway. Eventually I had to get going with my errands so I popped a
Diet Coke to get myself going. From then till now it was go go go. Around 7:30 I needed to have dinner. I was HuNgRy. The hubs
offered to take me out, but I didn't want to over eat for dinner although it was very tempting. I had leftovers. Marc told me I needed to suck it up and do at least a small workout tonight since I didn't workout last night. Now I better hit the sack. I have a lot of driving ahead of me tomorrow.
Breakfast: 2 eggs with peppers mixed in and a piece of plain wheat toast.
Lunch: 6" flat bread turkey and ham sandwich with a string cheese.
Snack: Diet Coke
Dinner: 2 chicken fajitas.
Workout: 25 crunches, 25 sit-ups, 25 cross legs, 25 leg raises, 30 second plank and a mile walk with the hubs & baby.
Goodnight all. Sorry in advance if I don't get to blog every night this next week. I'll be on vacation in Southern California. Maybe i'll just skip the days when I have Cafe Rio. hahaha, joke!!
