I decided if I was going to take in the calories I wanted to make it myself and make only exactly what I wanted. That's right, I made exactly two tablespoons of frosting. Amazingly, it was 220 calories for just those two tablespoons but I have to say it was really yummy. It took me a minute to work the recipe down to two tablespoons, but when I'm motivated, I can really make things happen;). So, even though I had a little indulgence, the whole day was definitely not a loss. I just broke even for the day.

Today, we went to Happy Hollow again because my husband hadn't had a chance to go and because I wanted my little guy to be worn out again. We had a great time and I can say we did great with our eating. Here's the breakdown:
