Today was a fun exciting day. Our little girl turned 4 months old. I know that is like a nothing thing, but I like to think it's the small things that make life exciting. My day started off by waking up for work, 6am as usual. I mixed things up a bit this morning and had cream of wheat for breakfast instead of my usual eggs. It was kinda nice to have a variety. After I got off work one of my girlfriends came over to watch our ever so trashy, Bachelor Pad. I cannot tell you how much I am LOVING that show right now. It's everything I dreamed of and more!. Anyways, while we were watching I had my lunch. Left over flat bread sandwich with a salad and some string cheese. You better believe I threw in a Diet Coke too! After Bachelor Pad got over Sadie and I had to take off to the Pediatrician for her 4 month appointment. She is doing great and handled the shots like a champ. When I got home I was so hungry again! I think all my working out is making me hungrier quicker. So I had my Slim-Fast early. You had no idea how bad I wanted to binge and have some Ramen Noodles or something... I went to my fitness class tonight, body sculpt and tone. It was great, as usual. I worked hard and by the time I left my arms were shaking, but I loved it. When I got home my poor little girl was finally feeling the after shock of her shots. She was crying and crying so of course I had to break out the infamous mom's lunges to calm her down. Now she is sound asleep. I had a wonderful adjustment from the hubster to loosen up all my body parts that are getting tight from all my hard work and now I am off to bed! To be honest, I am so tired I literally debated not writing my blog tonight, but I sucked it up and here it is!. Stats...
