Shelley: Day 14

Welcome two week mark!!! We have officially been doing this for 14 days! Now the initial fire dims and we enter the phase of perseverance and think we're going to do great!

We had a quiet day and ended it by sharing dinner with the Katie and her crew. Dan, Katie's hubby made us a very healthy dessert that was really yummy.

Today's Food Summary:

Breakfast:
Morningstar Patty (150cal)

Snack:
Small, Low Sodium V8 (30cal)
Wedge of Low Fat Laughing Cow Cheese (35cal)

Lunch:
4 oz grilled tri-tip (333cal)

Snack:
Watermelon, raspberries, & blueberries (60 cal)

Dinner:
Tri-Tip (300cal)
Asparagus (40 cal)

Snack:
Dan's Dessert Special (180cal)

BMR CALC: 1700-1482= 218 Deficit (I added 300cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food.)
(For an explanation please see Shelley: Day 1 Post) Also, I updated my BMR from 1760 to 1700. As I lose weight that number will continue to fall.
