CAFE RIO. . .I'm sooooo jealous. I would consider selling my soul for some of their salad dressing and fire grilled steak, YUM! I'm impressed you kept it reasonable at just a 1/4 salad. Nice work!
So today, Katie, Dan, and James came over to watch our little man while we saw the latest Harry Potter in IMAX 3D. I love Harry Potter and it was a great movie. Definitely my favorite so far. I cried a bit but mostly just loved it.
I LOVE popcorn, it started early. As a kid, my Dad had M.S. (Multiple Sclerosis) so he spent a lot of time in the hospital. When he had to go to the hospital my brother and I would stay with my grandparents and we always made popcorn. My grandpa would pour the oil, put in a tsp of butter, and let the the kernels heat up. Soooo yummy. Because I have no idea when I will ever see a movie in a theater again (we hadn't been out in more than a year, oh the changes kids make) I knew I wanted popcorn. So, I held out most of today to spend my calories there. I got a kid's size which was more than enough.
All in all, it was a great day. I kept it reasonable and Jason and I got out into the real world just the two of us while Will got a little independence from his Mom and Dad. A win, win, win. Thanks Dan and Katie!
