I too am keeping it short tonight. Today was good. I had a Zumba class that I really didn't feel like going to, but I am glad I did. The class is just fun and it feels good to move! I can't believe how good it feels to diet. I know I say that a lot but it is true! Life just seems better because I am watching what I eat. I was talking to Dan this morning and was kinda down on myself that I have only lost a little over 9 lbs. And then I realized that when I gain about 10 lbs I sure can tell and I feel gross in my clothes. SO I decided to reverse the thought and feel good about loosing almost 10 lbs instead of being discouraged that its not more. Hopefully that made sense, if it didn't oh well :) Here are my stats from today :
Breakfast : You guessed it Cheerios, Skim Milk, Strawberries 239 calories
Lunch : Tri Tip and Cantaloupe 210 calories
Dinner : 4 oz Chicken, Cantaloupe and Raspberries (each 1/2 cup), Skim Milk 245 calories
Snacks : Yogurt, Frap from Starbucks, Fiber one Brownie 420 calories
