Today was a beautiful day here in San Diego. I woke up around 8:00, yes.. my beautiful baby let me sleep in! But because of this I was in a rush to get out the door to church so I chugged a slim-fast for breakfast. By the time we got out of church I was starved! We came straight home and had a dinner type lunch. Ya know, like pot roast ect.. A few hours later my little one took a nap so we decided to take advantage of the down time and play some cards. While we played we snacked on fat free popcorn. What a delicious nothing snack. A few more hours went by and I was sitting there reading a "weight watchers" magazine. (my mother in law works for weight watchers) I didn't realize how hungry I was until I started looking at all those yummy meals they have sampled in there. Needless to say we had dinner shortly after. After dinner we went for a good long walk and now I'm headed upstairs to give my sweetie a bath and put her to bed. I am guessing it wont be long after that I climb into bed myself. Sorry for the short quick n' dirty post tonight. I am TiReD. Stats below...
Breakfast: Slim-fast
Lunch: Pot roast, potatoes, corn on the cob and watermelon.
Snack: Popcorn
Dinner: 2 chicken burrito's. (very good chicken, very healthy!)
Workout: Butt scrunches, crunches, back leg lifts and a 1.5 mile hilly walk.
