Hi everybody. Today was a beautiful day!. My husband woke up with our baby early this morning so I was able to sleep in REALLY late. By the time I had breakfast it was around 11:00. I had a bunch of cleaning I wanted to do to day and before I knew it, it was around 3:00. We had plans to go out to dinner with some of our good friends at 6, so I knew I didn't want to have a big lunch because I was saving my big meal for dinner. So around 3:30 I had a slim-fast. By the time we got to Texas Roadhouse (oh yeah, you heard me.... Texas Roadhouse!!) I was starvin-marvin. I usually down the rolls, but am proud to say I only had two. I ordered the Salmon with a ranch salad. It really was delish. I finished my food really quickly and the waitress brought some more rolls to the table and I am proud to say as badly as I wanted another roll while everyone else was still finishing their meals, I didn't have one. I did take a couple sips of my hubs Diet Coke though while we were sitting at the table. Anyways, game night went late and I am TIRED so here are my stats....
Breakfastt: 2 plain Eggs. 1 piece of plain wheat toast. 1 Banana. 4oz of Skim Milk.
Lunch: Slim-Fast
Dinner: Salmon. 2 rolls. Ranch Salad. A few bites of Green Beans. 4 sips of Diet Coke.
No workout tonight.
