Kaisi: Day 23

Hello everybody!. Today was a great day. I woke up for work as usual at 6. My little girl was up minutes later, so I didn't get a chance to get down and make breakfast before I was having to feed her, change her and get her back down for her nap. By the time I did all that and got a few calls in for work I was able to come down and cook breakfast. I had my usual, eggs. I finished work by noon and had a little paperwork to do. My in-laws were eating lunch and I was SO hungry, but needed to finish up what I was working on before I ate. Finally I finished and had myself leftover chicken fajitas. Golly I love that meal!. We went swimming after that and can I say I LOOOOVE how warm the water is down here!. Seriously, makes North Park pools feel like swimming in Utah! haha. When we finished swimming I finally showered and got ready for the day so we could go shopping!!. I love shopping. We got all kinds of fun gadgets and clothes for my little girlie girl. By the time we were finished shopping we got home and my father in law had made us Salmon. Man it was SO good!. He said they got their salmon at Costco, fairly cheap. After dinner Sadie and I went on our walk. I tried to do more of speed walk tonight since it was just the babster and I. I was building up a good sweat by the time I was done, so I think I succeeded. Naturally we played some games after the walk. Baby is asleep now and I should have gone to bed an hour ago, but of course I didn't. Last night I had a rough night sleeping. I woke up in the middle of the night after having a dream about ghosts. I was SCARED TO DEATH!. I couldn't go back to sleep foreve!. Tonight hopefully I won't have a reoccurring dream. Stats below.......

Breakfast: 2 eggs, toasted sandwich thin, apple and an 8oz of fat free milk.
Lunch: 1 chicken fajita.
Snack: Diet Coke (who doesn't drink while out shopping with their girlfriends. It's natural.)
Dinner: Salmon, watermelon, corn on the cob, (small portion of) cheesy scalloped potatoes.

Workout: 1.45 mile speed walk. (I guess I could count swimming and walking around while shopping, but that wasn't a planned workout)

San Diego rocks. I will be sad to leave, not that I am not excited to come back home to you girls, because I totally am! I see a BBQ (healthy style of course) in our future. Whatta ya say?

Until tomorrow....
