I love Fridays!! My morning was uneventful and relaxing. Dan had a long lunch break today and I really wanted to go out to eat, but I knew that we needed to save money and calories so we went home for lunch. I had my usual and it was good. This afternoon Dan played volleyball and James and I walked around the park for about 1/2 an hour before we sat down to cheer Daddy on! We had a nice time. After the game we went to costco. I was way hungry and so I will admit that I caved a little and ate 2 samples: fresh mozzarella cheese and a Chicken burger. Both were good, so good in fact that we bought the Chicken burger and grilled it up tonight for dinner. After dinner I made cupcakes! Now before we judge I made the 113 calorie cupcakes from Kaisi's blog. WOW they are awesome! I enjoyed them so much that I let Dan know that I would like them for my B-day cake. That way I can still enjoy B-day cake and stay on the wagon. Hopefully Dan can make them as good as I can :) This also means that we ALL get choco cupcakes in September!! Oh, and I am pleased to announce that I only had 1! Dan had 2 and I was very tempted but I drank water instead :) So here is what I ate today:
Breakfast : Cheerios, milk, raspberries 225 calories (I just bought cinnamon cheerios and can't wait to change up my breakfast tomorrow)
Lunch : My usual sandwich thin, plus 9 mini rice cakes, 1/4 cup raspberries 256 calories
Dinner : Sweet caramelized onion chicken burgers, 1 cup steamed squash 170 calories
Snacks : Fiber one brownie, Granola Bar (right after costco I had major munch issues),Cupcake, 1 cup milk, Granola Thin 553 calories
Exercise : Walking for 30 min burned 125 calories
I want to add that Kaisi I read your post from yesterday and don't worry I don't think any of us can judge. Your day sounded DELISH! My parents are coming into town next weekend and I am totally planning on putting my wagon in the garage for some repairs while they are here :) Besides I don't think that calories count when you are on vacation or when company is visiting! I like to think that way anyways:)
Until tomorrow . . . Happy Dieting!
