Hi everybody!. Today was a pretty
average day. I had another long night with the sick kiddo, so I am not ashamed to say I popped a
Diet Coke open before 12:00. Breakfast was the usual, but I got some strawberries yesterday at Target and they were a nice addition. For lunch I hit up
Subway, again!. I can't seem to get enough of their
flat bread sandwiches. I
hate to say it, but I only worked out this evening to get out of the house away from the fussy one for a few minutes. She has been on a tear lately and
mama needed a break!. It was a nice break and great cardio at the same time, win win. Well, I better hit the sack because I have a long night ahead of me. Here are my stats...
Breakfast: 2 plain eggs, 1 plain piece of wheat toast, 4 strawberries.
Lunch: Flat bread turkey and ham sandwich with chicken noodle soup and a piece of wheat bread.
Dinner: Slim-fast.
Workout: Deck of cards and a mile run.
BTW, way to go girls!. You are both always so good!!. Shelly, I cannot believe how much weight you have lost!. You must be so excited! I know I am excited for you. Katie, can't wait until our fitness class tomorrow. I look forward to them now! :)
