Well hello there. . .today was a very average day. Jason took Will to run errands which gave me a little quiet time which I used to my full advantage.
I have been thinking a lot about how different I feel when I'm eating right. I know it's probably all in my mind but I feel like I'm looking better already, which is most likely because I feel better. I love to feel like I am moving forward in life and making progress and this contest has really helped me to do that. I still have a long way to go but I feel like not only is it just possible but very do-able to drop 40lbs in three months. Especially, with my girls cheering me on and spurring me on to new heights.
Today's Food Summary:
Breakfast:
Fiber One Bar (140cal) (This is my go-to on-the-run snack, yummy, full of fiber, and some good protein)
Snack:
Watermelon (30cal) (Thank goodness it's watermelon season!)
Lunch:
Mini Super-Burrito from Lulu's, no beans (350cal)
Cup of Tortilla's Soup from Lulu's (300cal)
Mini Lemon Kara's Cupcake(200) (Yeah, I know, but I was there and I had a moment of weakness)
Snack:
A Fiber One Brownie(90cal) (We were out of the bars. . .)A small can of V8 (30cal)
Dinner:
Chicken Noodle Soup (140cal), I know, I know, I just can't get enough!
Side Salad (200cal)
Pinkberry (100cal)
BMR CALC: 1760-1680= 80 Deficit (I added 100cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food, mostly fruit.)
