Shelley: Day 18

So there's good news and there's bad news. The good news is I"m doing great! The bad news is after than insane weight loss I've rebounded a touch. I'm waiting until tomorrow to do my official weigh in so I leave the exact numbers until then. I'm wondering just how much is from water retention from that salty delicious meal we had for our anniversary. I seem to be super sensitive to salt and even though I love it I definitely slim down when I keep the sodium to a minimum.

We mostly ran errands today and I didn't get in as much walking as I would have liked. I think next week we'll try to squeeze in a few trips to Happy Hollow to keep us moving.

Dinner:

Small Thai Chicken Salad (200cal)

Pinkberry (100cal)

BMR CALC: 1700-1330= 370 Deficit (I added 300cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food.)
(For an explanation please see Shelley: Day 1 Post) Also, I updated my BMR from 1760 to 1700. As I lose weight that number will continue to fall.
