Shelley: Day 7


Today was excellent! I decided to hop on the scale to make sure I was still on track (I feel good as long as the numbers move down, even if slowly) and WOW, I've lost almost 10lbs! I'm sure there is a lot of water in that, but it sure feels good!

I bought some of these fifteen calorie sugar-free Popsicle because I knew I would want dessert tonight and theses are seriously good. I can't believe how much easier this has been now that I have buddies doing it with me. The blog has also been a great inspiration.

We shared dinner with Katie and her family which is always nice because then I don't have to cook as much, thanks Katie for bringing so much! I made the little guys (James and Will) small pasta stars with cheddar cheese and carrot puree (it sounds gross but it's pretty good). I was grateful Jason was home to feed Will because I think I would have been seriously tempted to eat some of it if I was feeding Will.

I ate super well today and I feel totally satisfied! That's the best feeling in the world. There's no stoppin' me now!!!!

Today's Food Summary:

Breakfast:
Veggie Patty (120cal)

Snack:
Watermelon (40cal) (Thank goodness it's watermelon season!)

Lunch:
3.5oz Canned Chicken(105)
Mustard, 1 tsp of Low-Fat Ranch, and Dill Relish to dress it up (25 cal)
Celery(5cal)
Carrots(5call)
1 cup Carrots, Corn, Edamame, &Peas(60cal)

Snack:
A Laughing Cow Low Fat Cheese Wedge (35cal)
A small can of V8 (30cal)

Dinner:
A big salad with lettuce, tomato, and dill pickles(80cal)
5 Green Olives(15cal)
8 Chicken Meatballs(300cal), (I LOVES ME SOME PROTEIN)
20g of marinara sause(11cal)
1cup Steamed Zucchini(20cal)

Snack:
A small can of V8 (30cal)

Dessert:
Sugar-Free Popsicle(15cal)

BMR CALC: 1760-1096= 664 Deficit (I added 200cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food, mostly watermelon again today.)
