Breakfast - Rice Cereal and glass of skim milk
Lunch - Salad, Veggie Burger (no bun) and a slice of Watermelon
Snack - Peach
Dinner - Half a turkey sandwich and salad from Panera
Dessert - Mini Pinkberry
The best part of my day was when I went into Sprouts to buy some veggies and fruit and we found some dressings and sauces that have ZERO calories and ZERO fat and so forth! So now my meals just got a little more tastier!!
Day 3 was even better than day 2!
Breakfast - small bowl of cereal with fresh raspberries on top
Lunch - Fresh raspberries and a turkey wrap with hummus and lettuce
Snack - Carrot sticks with 2 Tbs of hummus
Dinner - Veggie burger (no bun) with a little BBQ sauce from Walden Farms (0 calories and 0 fat) and steamed squash. I like steamed squash with nothing on it so no salt or pepper just the squash.
In the afternoon James and I took a walk to pick up Daddy from school. On the way there I walked quickly however I am somewhat out of shape and so on the way home I was a bit slower :) But still I get props for moving around :) Round trip is about 3 miles and I carried James in my arms for some of the walk so I totally worked out my arms too kinda :) Im excited that we are already on day 3! Watch out cause before long I am going to be standing sideways and no one will see me! LOL! Perhaps not but I feel good about myself because I am practicing self control and when I don't want to be in control I remind myself that there are 2 other Ladies out there doing the same thing and cheering me on! I plan on having a little dessert tonight! Which will consist of some type of fresh fruit and some ZERO chocolate sauce :) Life is looking good and I am feeling good! Thanks ladies for doing this with me without you I don't think I would have the motivation to keep it up!
