Kaisi: Day 2

Hi everyone!

Today was a rough one.. I was craving ice cream like it was nobody's business and to be honest, our freezer is stocked!. I think the only thing that kept me away from it was the thought of having to confess it to the world tonight on my daily post, so thank you all for helping me stay strong! I also had a low desire to work out.... I had overdone it a bit last night making me quite sore today, but I sucked it up! I am done now and happy I powered through. Here are my stats for the day

Breakfast: 2 Eggs (Plain), 1 piece of white toast (plain), 3 strawberries, 80z of fat free milk.
Lunch: 2 hard boiled Eggs cut up and placed onto white bread w/ mustard, salt & pepper.
Snack: 4 strawberries and 7 shrimp.
Dinner: 1/4 cup rice and a chicken breast.
Water: roughly 82oz.

Workout: Chest press, chair dips & bicep curls followed by a 20 minute run.

I did get my measurements yesterday, but I failed to post them last night! Here they are today...
