Shelley: Day 17

I'm going to be fast tonight because it's late and I almost forgot to blog. It's been a busy day. Will and I went to Westfield Mall and I let him walk all over it, which meant for a seriously slow shopping trip but I think it did the trick. We ended the night by going to dinner with some friends at Mongolian BBQ and I kept it light and healthy since yesterday was not my best.

Kaisi, SOOOOO CUTE. She is the sweetest little girl. I hope she's feeling better and you are finally getting some much deserved sleep.

Today's Food Summary:

Breakfast:
Morningstar Patty (150cal)

Snack:
Banana (75cal)

Lunch:
Boudin small salad (190 cal) (Good thing I checked out their nutritional info, watch out for their dressings they are killer high in calories)
Tomato soup (310cal)

Snack:
Banana (75 cal)

Dinner:
Mongolian BBQ, Lots of veggies and a little beef (450cal)

BMR CALC: 1700-1550= 150 Deficit (I added 300cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food.)
(For an explanation please see Shelley: Day 1 Post) Also, I updated my BMR from 1760 to 1700. As I lose weight that number will continue to fall.
