I did so much better today! I feel better too cause I got back on track! I did however have a Diet Dr P this afternoon as I was driving around listening to Harry Potter and letting my little guy sleep. It was a nice drive and I wasn't going to get a drink but then all of the sudden I was pulling up to Carls Jr cause they have Diet Dr P, I think it was magic that led me to the drive through :) Anyhow earlier this afternoon we went swimming and it felt so good. For dinner tonight I made stuffed bell peppers. They were way yummy and only 237 calories! I used 1 lb of 90% lean hamburger and some taco seasoning. Then I added 2 cans of stewed tomatoes and split all the liquid and hamburger up into 4 green bell peppers. I then let them bake for about an hour in the oven. I might add that I think that I am quite the cook :) For dessert I had strawberry shortcake on a chocolate shortcake YUMM! So as you can see I have had a very good very YUMMY day! Here is what I ate today :
Breakfast : Cheerios, Milk, Strawberries 239
Lunch : 1 oz Chicken, Sandwich Thin, Laughing Cow Cheese, Pickle 170 calories
Dinner : Stuffed Green Peppers 273 calories
Snacks : 18 mini Quaker Rice Snacks, Skinny Cow Sandwich, Yogurt, Strawberry Shortcake 539 calories
So yep all in all a much better day! Until tomorrow . . . Happy Dieting!
