Kaisi: Day 3

What a day!!. Between our new teething sweetie pie, terrible work day, cleaning the house and grocery shopping... I am ExHaUsTeD!!. When I woke up this morning at 6:00am the first thing I did was make breakfast, trying to get my metabolism going. Around 10:30ish I realized I was getting a bit hungry, so I thought I would go for my snack. I am sure glad I did because I wasn't able to get lunch till about 3 and by then I was starved!. I had to go grocery shopping and one thing I have learned the hard way a time or two is to NEVER grocery shop when you are hungry, so I went right after lunch. I felt like it was a pretty successful trip on the healthy food, but have to confess I did buy some Milano cookies! I have not had one yet and I have every intention of putting them in the hubs lunches, but they sure were tempting!. When I got home I was pretty hungry and I knew dinner wouldn't be ready for a while, so I snagged a Hawaiian Roll (my fav.) Making dinner it was hard not to pick at it while I was cooking, but I did it. After eating I was sitting on the couch thinking I do NOT want to work out tonight. I was just so tired and could have easily plumped on the couch and watched me some Bachlorette, but I sucked it up once again. I talked the hubs into helping me w/ my workout and once again, I am glad I did it. It felt good to throw a few punches and get rid of some of that built up anger! I thought of a quote I once heard, it was something like this... Sit around now, regret it later.. Workout now, feel great later. I'd be lying if I said it wasn't hard to get going, but once I did it felt great! I have also found my inspirational song that is going to get me through this!. Fighter by Christina Aguilera!. That song pumps me up!!!!!! Anyways, here are my stats for the day..

Breakfast: 2 plain Eggs, 4 Strawberries, 1 piece of plain white Toast and an 8 oz glass of Milk.
Snack: Cottage Cheese with Peaches in it.
Lunch: Plain Tuna Fish and a Hard Boiled Egg.
Snack: Hawaiian Roll
Dinner: 2 Chicken Fajitas

Workout: Boxing w/ the hubs, Arm dips and a 20 minute walk/run.
