Will had a rough day and that always makes it more challenging as I tend to "feed my feelings" as it were. He has got to pop some teeth soon!
I kept it simple today, and so this post will be also.
Today's Food Summary:
Breakfast:
A Veggie Patty (120cal)
Snack:
A small V8 (30cal) (I am definitely going to hit the grocery store tomorrow, we are out of watermelon and that is my go-to snack!)
Lunch:
Half a turkey sami, no condiments, just spinach and tomato(225cal)
A bowl of chicken noodle soup (180cal)
Snack:
A small can of V8 (30cal)
Dill Pickles(0 cal)
Dinner:
Chicken Noodle Soup (140cal), I know, I know, I just can't get enough!
Side Salad (200cal)
50g of Pinkberry from my freezer (50cal)
BMR CALC: 1760-1245= 515 Deficit (I added 300cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food, there were a couple small bites of orzo in there so I may as well add it in and be honest with myself.)

I think this coming Friday when I do my weigh-in I will also check to see if I need to adjust my BMR as it will change as my weight does.
