Shelley: Day 15

Well hello there. . .kind of a boring day. I had literally a mountain of laundry that was clean but needed to be folded so I folded, and folded and folded. Then I refolded and refolded because my little man loves to unfold and he is the most creative little guy out there. Every time I thought I had things out of his reach he would come up with a new way to climb and attack those neatly stacked piles. I would have been frustrated except he laughs so hard when he does it and is so adorable it's impossible to be put out. But it does make for a very slow project.

We needed to run a couple of errands in the middle of the day but Will didn't get in much running around so when Jason got home we headed to the park to make sure we tuckered him out. Now just cross your fingers for me he sleeps through the night!

Today's Food Summary:

Breakfast:
Morningstar Patty (150cal)

Snack:
Blueberries and Watermelon (60cal)

Lunch:
Small salad & chicken noodle soup (380cal)

Snack:
Watermelon, raspberries, & blueberries (60 cal)

Dinner:
5 oz grilled tri-tip (417cal)
Watermelon (40cal)

Snack:
Pinkberry (90cal)

BMR CALC: 1700-1497= 203 Deficit (I added 300cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food.)
(For an explanation please see Shelley: Day 1 Post) Also, I updated my BMR from 1760 to 1700. As I lose weight that number will continue to fall.
