Hi everybody!. Today has been a good day. I woke up this morning pretty hungry, so I had my usual, eggs!. I put them in a carb smart tortilla instead of having a piece of bread and I kind of liked the mix up. I was getting sick of the same old thing. Around snack time I was getting really hungry and wanted lunch. I had to go get my blood tested at the anti-coag clinic, so I told myself if I just had a small snack now I would grab some Subway on the way home. I am SOOO glad I made that deal with myself. I tried the new "sami" bread instead of the regular bread and
oh my gosh!. It was DELICIOUS!. Seriously... can't say enough good stuff about it. Wowza, to think it tastes better and is better for you.
Win Win!. For my exercise tonight I did a
Body Sculpting class here at my apartment complex. It was
a-maze-ing!. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was in love. Very tough workout. My legs were literally shaking by the end, but there is no doubt about it...
I am going back for more next week. Here are my stats for the day...
Breakfast: 3 Eggs in a Carb-Smart tortilla.
Snack: 1 Hard boiled Egg.
Lunch: Tuna Fish Sandwich on sami bread with a cup of chicken noodle soup and a side of wheat bread.
Dinner: Slim-fast.
Workout: Body tone and Sculpting.
No sneaking treats for me tonight, I am off to bed!!! Until tomorrow.....
