Kaisi: Day 7

Hi everyone!. Today went by pretty fast to me. Weekends tend to do that... I woke up once again later then usual because the hubs was on early morning baby duty. As I was preparing breakfast I decided I had been really good all week and I was going to add a little cheese to my eggs and make a breakfast burrito rather then eggs and toast. I thought it was going to be pretty amazing, but I have to admit I actually liked the healthier meal better (no cheese or katsup) It's funny when you are eating healthier your body starts craving healthier food. I headed out to the pool this afternoon to catch some rays. When I flipped over to my back I thought to myself, my back will still be getting tan if I am swimming laps or just laying here. Might as well swim some laps, so I hopped in the pool (which was freezing) and started up. I only got about 6 in before a couple kids ran in the gate and did cannon balls screaming "tsunami" and woke up my little munchkin' up. I had to get out and was a bit bummed, but oh well... It's the life of a mommy!. Lunch snuck up on me and my husband has been preaching all week that you need to eat your bigger meals for breakfast/lunch so instead of having a slim-fast or something similar I had a Fajita. It was delish, as always!. I will have to give you my secret recipe, because it seriously is an amazing diet meal. Not to long after that I was pretty darn hungry and rummaging the cupboards for a snack. I poured myself a 1/2 cup of granola and right after my hubs asked me if he could adjust me. He was fiddling around trying new tricks for a while, so before I got back to my granola it was around 6:30. I ate it and decided that would be my dinner (as I have been trying not to eat after 7pm) For my workout tonight I did some boxing again. This time I not only boxed, but was the boxing board for my hubs too. So I got double the boxing in. After I swam some laps & now I feel great!. Time for bed, boo for work in the morning! Here are my daily stats...

Breakfast: 2 Eggs with cheese and katsup in a carb-balance tortilla. A couple bites of watermelon and a couple bites of yogurt with granola.
Lunch: 1 Chicken Fajita
Dinner: 1/2 cup granola.

Workout: 6 laps, boxing with the husband for around 25 minutes and back to the pool for 30 more laps.

Oh, I forgot to mention above I did NOT eat the Magnum bar last night.... Forever Strong!!
