Katie Day 10

Day 10 already, wow! This is going to be a short entry tonight as my little guy has just woken up and needs some mommy attention in order to go back to bed. I had another good day and am so glad that it just seems to be getting easier and easier to diet! I must admit I was tempted to go out to eat tonight cause I didn't know what to cook for dinner, but I was strong and decided that we should have some BBQ chicken. I like eating out but I have discovered during this diet that I can eat more and fewer calories if I stay in and eat at home! I tried one of those Fiber One Brownies that Shelley has mentioned and man they are YUMMY! Thanks Shelley for mentioning those! They taste so good and I feel like I am cheating but I am not! I like fake cheating :) Anyhow I will be brief tonight so here are my stats :

Breakfast : My usual Cheerios, milk, fruit 228 calories
Lunch : Chicken spinach wrap with hummus and some cantaloupe 325 calories
Dinner : BBQ Chicken and Squash 110 calories
Snacks : Special K cracker chips, Fiber One Brownie (2), Skim Milk, Yoplait Yogurt, Dried Apples 460 calories

K so I did snack a lot today however the snacks were part of lunch and dinner and then in-between meals. So it looks like a lot of snacking but it really wasn't :) Until tomorrow Happy Dieting!
