Today was a tough one! I was way tired and craved a Dr P ALL day. So this afternoon I broke down and had a Diet Dr Pepper and it was sooooo good. However I am disappointed with myself for giving in. Oh well tomorrow is another day. For lunch today I had chicken sandwich meat on a sandwich thin with laughing cow cheese and mustard. It was super yummy and a nice change from the wrap! Anyhow I am super tired and am going to hit the sack. Here is what I ate today,
Breakfast : Cheerios, Raspberries, Skim Milk
Lunch : Chicken Sandwich Thin, Raspberries
Dinner : 4 oz Tri Tip, Sandwich Thin Bread w/ Laughing Cow Cheese, Apple Slices
Snacks : 18 mini Quaker Rice Cakes, Fiber One Brownie
Exercise : Leisure Swim
Total Calories Consumed : 1279
