In an effort to keep myself both motivated and honest I have decided to weigh myself every week and post the results.
My current weight: 195lbs
Change since last weigh in: 3.4lbs
16.2lbs gone and 25lbs to go!
I'm actually glad to see this slow down a bit. While crazy fast weight loss is fun it can mean it isn't permanent. This is much closer to the speed I was anticipating. I did rebound a touch this week but am glad to be finishing the week at 195lbs. I can't believe I only have 25lbs to go before I hit my goal. I thought I set a pretty aggressive goal of 41.2lbs in four months but now I'm thinking I might even be able to do better. This is really exciting. I WOULD NOT be doing this without you girls. Kaisi, have a fantastic trip and Katie, thanks for watching Will tonight so that Jason and I can have some long awaited alone time.
Let's hope for equally great results next Friday!
