Today we went to the park for some serious fun. We went to Thaimen Park which actually has a playground that is exactly perfect for Will. He had so much fun. Afterwards, we stopped by Prolific Oven for Samies. I will admit now we all shared a piece of their AMAZING Chocolate Rum cake. I made sure to eat slowly and I only ate the part I love most, FROSTING!!! Before I knew it, everyone else had finished it so I wasn't tempted to eat more than is reasonable.
For dinner we headed to Panera and then walked over to the grocery store. All in all, a very productive and fun day. Pam and Dave, so glad you could come!!!! Will loved every moment and so did we!

Breakfast:
2oz of Fresh Low-Fat Mozerella Cheese (120cal)
1Tbsp of Balsamic Vinigar (10cal)

Prolific Garden Sami, sooo good (590cal)
A few bites of the pasta salad that came on the side (200cal)
A couple of bites of cake with frosting (300cal), I know this seems high, but I'd rather guess high than low.

No Pinkberry tonight. Too much yummy food today meant I needed to let this one go for tonight!
BMR CALC: 1691-1845=-154 Surplus (I added 200cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food.)
(For an explanation please see Shelley: Day 1 Post) Also, I updated my BMR from 1760 to 1691. As I lose weight that number will continue to fall.
I didn't get much walking in today since we mostly bummed around the park but I'm going to try and talk Jason into a family walk tomorrow! I'm feeling pretty good that I didn't totally blow it considering I had family in town so I'm just going to let this one go and not flog myself. I have a very good day planned for tomorrow and I'm sticking to it!
