Katie Day 6

Another day down and more poundage off! Today was such a beautiful nice day! Shelley and her little brood came over and we went swimming and then had lunch together. It was a good day! I feel so optimistic about the future and this diet. I am so glad that this 1st week is almost over because now that I have been eating good for a week I am remembering how good it feels to be healthy. I keep thinking about what Shelley said "nothing tastes as good as being thin feels" I TOTALLY agree! Hooray for being healthy and loosing weight! Lets keep up the good work ladies! It helps that we are doing this together. Tomorrow is Sunday and that is the day that I usually eat my worst. However I know that I have to confess on the blog so I have motivation not to blow it. In anticipation for tomorrow and for the sweets cravings I will encounter I went to the store and bought some Skinny Cow ice cream bars. They are only 100 calories per serving that way when I do have a craving I eat one and be satisfied and not blow my day. Shelley says they are good and she has never led me astray on yummy food :) Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast : Cheerios 1 Cup 103 Calories
Raspberries 1 Cup 64 Calories
Skim Milk 1 CUp 86 Calories

Lunch : Asparagus 8 spears 150 Calories
Eggplant 0.3 20 Calories
Chicken Breast 4 oz 110 Calories

Dinner : Sierra Turkey 1/2 Sandwich 460 Calories
Baguette Side 90 Calories
Side Salad 80 Calories

Snacks : Pinkberry 100 Calories
I also had some watermelon today and Im not sure how much so I am just allotting another 100 Calories that I may or may not have consumed.

Exercise : Swimming leisurely 30 minutes Burn 232 Calories
