I feel good about my day and am actually looking forward to tomorrow. I think for me the hard part of this diet is not getting discouraged. I appreciate my husband for putting up with me when I get upset that I am on a diet. Its a downward spiral when I diet cause I really do love to eat food and I don't like the fact that I have to watch what I am eating. On the flip side I feel so much better about myself when I am eating healthy. I just wish I had been eating healthy these last few years cause then this diet wouldn't be so difficult. But the past is the past and tomorrow is another day and I am hopeful that by Christmas I will be able to say . . . WOW I look GREAT!! Til tomorrow - Good night.
