Wow I can't believe we have been dieting for 18 days! It feels so good! I feel like my confidence is increasing everyday because I am in control of what I eat. I feel so good about myself that tomorrow I am even going to go get a very much needed haircut! I have put off a haircut during the past few months cause I haven't wanted to sit in front of a mirror looking at my reflexion for over an hour :) Today was a busy day but a fun one. Daddy came home early from school for lunch so we went out! I had 2 small chicken tacos and they were so yummy! I hate to admit it and I wasn't going to fess up but since I am trying to be brutally honest in this blog I will tell the truth. . . For a snack I had pink berry YUMMO! But here is the bad part I also had pink berry for dessert tonight :( Although I had enough calories to do it I feel like I over ate my sugar for the day! Oh well it sure tasted good and we had such good company :) I also didn't exercise today. Now I know I don't exercise all the time but I usually try to walk around a lot or go swimming or do something that involves me moving a bit. However today I did walk around Target and I carried my little guy around Daddy's school instead of pushing him in a stroller. That counts for something right? Tomorrow is a new day and so perhaps we will go walking somewhere. As long as it doesn't ruin my new cute hairdo :) Here are my stats for today :
Breakfast : (Sorta my usual except I didn't have any fruit) Cheerios and Skim Milk 193 calories
Lunch : Chicken Tacos 440 calories
Dinner : 1/2 Turkey Sandwich and 1/2 Chicken Cobb Salad 380 calories
Snack : Pinkberry twice :) 200 calories
P.S. I forgot to mention that before we went to dinner I looked up Panera on line and tweaked my Sandwich and Salad so that I could have enough calories for dessert. I love that you can tweak anything from Panera to make it fit your diet. Its AWESOME!
P.S.S. or is it P.P.S. anyhow - I have also noticed during this diet that although I love to eat out Dan and I have eaten in so much more! I am enjoying making meals in and also saving money at the same time. I know this comes out of nowhere since I ate out twice today, but sometimes I just want to go out and get out of the house :)
Until Tomorrow . . . Happy Dieting!
