Kaisi: Day 9

Hi everyone, today was a pretty crazy day for me. My little girl didn't take her morning nap, so I was on overdrive trying to work and take care of her at the same time. I am thinking that is what made me SO hungry today. I felt like I just couldn't get enough. I had breakfast shortly after I woke up and it seemed like an hour or two later I was more then ready for a snack. I rummaged the cupboards looking for something really yummy, but settled for a hard boiled egg trying to be good. Lunch time came early to it seemed and I just couldn't get my meal to cook fast enough. I literally couldn't wait 18 minutes, so I had 2 Hawaiian rolls. I needed to go to Walmart tonight to pickup some things. I went to our super Walmart and oh my gosh, it was KILLING me to not grab everything that looked yummy in that store. Everything looked good. It took everything I had to pop a piece of gum in my mouth and get home without hitting up a fast food restaurant on my way home. I immediately had dinner once I got home and that finally got me over the hunger hump. I have been feeling lousy since last night so I really didn't want to work out today, but I thought to myself... I am not doing this for someone else, I am doing it for me!. If I want to loose weight I need to put in the effort to make it happen. Sitting around wishing for it to happen isn't going to get the job done. I am done working out now and I am proud I got up and made it happen even though I really didn't want to. Here are my stats for the day...

Breakfast: 2 plain eggs. 1 piece of plain white toast.
Snack: Hard boiled egg
Lunch: 2 Hawaiian rolls and a Salmon burger on sandwich thin bread.
Dinner: A chicken fajita.

Workout: 45 laps in the pool. (followed by 10 minutes in the hot obviously) :)
