Hi everyone!. Today was a pretty average day. I woke up for work at 6am, but didn't have breakfast until around 7 or 7:30. I had eggs with a sandwich thin for my wheat toast and strawberries. It was good. After work I decided to go shopping and made the mistake of not eating before I left. I was SOOOOO hungry and I was searching for a Subway everywhere. There were loads of fast food restaurants around me and I have to admit I almost went to Mimi's or In and Out. The only reason I didn't is because a Subway ended up being across the street. Talk about lucking out!. I scarfed down that sandwich faster then I have eaten lunch in ages! We shopped for a few more hours and then got home to start dinner. We had our specialty Fajitas. Delicious as always! After dinner sometime we went for our walk. I finally got an accurate distance, 1.45 miles. It is very hilly also, so that helps get the heart rate going although it is nothing like my fitness classes back home. There are stairs at my in-laws house and I am probably trucking up them 30 times a day, so I guess I could consider that sum what of a workout although it is not a planned workout. Mondays wipe me out, so I am now off to bed! Stats below...
Breakfast: 2 eggs, a toasted sandwich thin, 3 strawberries and an 8oz glass of milk.
Lunch: 6" flat bread turkey and ham from Subway with a cheese broccoli soup.
Dinner: 2 chicken fajitas.
Workout: 1.45 mile walk.
Goodnight... Until tomorrow...
