Hello everybody!. Lets just start off by being honest, today was my
cheat day!. I woke up at 6 as usual, but I was really busy so I didn't get around to having breakfast until 8:30-9:00ish. I think because I waited so long to have breakfast my body was just in hunger mode so around 11:30 I had a handful of almonds. I was babysitting this afternoon for a friend, so I had to make lunch a quick one. I was okay with my skimpy morning/afternoon because I knew tonight was our BBQ. I hadn't planned to gorge myself at the BBQ, but I also hadn't planned to count every calorie. I don't think I did all that bad, but I definitely ate more then I would have alone. We'll just call it a dinner belly!!!. You would think on the one night I used as my cheat day I would workout the hardest, but
you would be wrong!. Right now I fully plan on grabbing a blanket and curling up on the couch in a ball and relaxing!. Mamma's tired!!!
Here are my stats for the day,

Breakfast: 2 Plain Eggs, 4 Strawberries and 1 Piece of white plain toast.
Snack: Handful of Almonds
Lunch: Slim-Fast
Snack: Shrimp Cocktail (about 7)
Dinner: Ribeye Steak, Salad (with sugar nuts and Oil n' Vinegar dressing), Hawaiian Roll, Slice of Zucchini and some more salad!.
(wow, makes me feel like a big fat fatty that I can't fit my dinner on one line. Oh well.... cheat day!)
Dessert: A few bites of Katie & Shelly's all famous PINKBERRY!.
