Breakfast : My Usual 225 calories
Lunch : Sandwich Thin, 1 oz Chicken Deli Meat, Laughing Cow Cheese, Pickle 170 calories
Dinner : 2 slices Papa Murphys DeLite Chicken Artichoke Pizza (no bacon), 2 slices Cheesy Bread 580 calories
Snacks : Sandwich Thin w/ Laughing Cow Cheese, 18 Quaker Rice Cakes (mini cheddar cheese), 1/2 cup Raspberries 307 calories
I went a little over my 1200 calories today but as long as I keep it between 1200-1500 Im ok. I just have tried to be very strict at keeping it at 1200 because thats what works for me. Both emotionally and physically. I say emotionally cause if I eat over 1200 I love food so much I think I would talk myself into eating over 1500. Eating over that would make me feel heavy and it would just be a downward spiral from there. So I try to stay close to 1200 to stay in my happy place :) Anyhow probably TMI but who cares. This is our blog and we can write what we want :)

Our boys are the cutest! Way to be strong! Thanks again, it's nice to know Jason and I can get out and about once in a while.
