Kaisi: Day 38

Hi Ladies! Today has been a pretty long day. I haven't felt well and my hubs is getting his study-on so I am solo with our very attention loving baby. I went to bed last night taking a benadril (I thought at first I had allergies) so that knocked me out cold for the night. I was super drowsy this morning, so I didn't end up having breakfast until 10ish. After I got off work my goal was to get my sweetie pie down for a nap, but I was unsuccessful time after time. Before I knew it it was 3:30 and I hadn't had lunch yet. I figured I would take her for a walk to Subway and maybe that would help her fall asleep. So we went on our journey and sure enough... worked like a charm. I got some lunch and brought the hubs lunch also. I got back home around 5:00 and had an hour and a half until my fitness class. I didn't want to go because I really just feel terrible, but I logically thought about it and told myself I have already paid for it #1 and #2 I will be awake taking care of the baby if I stay home anyways, so I went. I am glad I did. When I got home the sis was on a crying streak so we fed her and put her down right away. Early night to bed, so I hope that doesn't mean early wakeup! Either way.... I am headed to bed right after I share my stats for the day.

Breakfast: 2 eggs with peppers in a carb smart tortilla with a toasted sandwich thin and 8oz of milk.
Snack: Fiber-one brownie
Lunch: Footlong Turkey and Ham sandwich on flatbread with a skinny cow ice cream.
Dinner: No dinner. No time with my fitness class and stink bug baby. Truth be told though, I am not hungry... I guess that's just what happens when you don't feel well.

I also weighed in this morning at 154 flat. I was pretty stoked about that. I tried to change my weight ticker, but it wouldn't let me. Hopefully I will be in the one 153's tomorrow, but I doubt it with my muscle work tonight & butt loads of water I drank today. Either way 154 is pretty darn cool. I haven't really felt like I have been dieting with all my my fiber one brownies and skinny cow's I have eaten lately, but that just goes to prove that if you eat the right sweets and keep your portions right you can still have sweets.

  1. I couldn't update mine either. I'm guessing they are doing systems maintenance. I'll try again tomorrow. If all else fails, I'll just make a new one and add all the past data.
