Today I had my normal breakfast and then it ALL was downhill from there. We went to Santa Cruz to show my parents the beach and the boardwalk. For lunch I had a chicken sandwich that wouldn't have been so bad for me, but I also had some shrimp cocktail, 1/2 a sourdough roll, a few bites of Dans clam chowder, and 2 bites of Dans crab cake. Then we walked down the boardwalk and this is where you all might want to close your eyes. . . We bought cotton candy and I had a few bites of that. We then bought some cinnamon roasted cashews and I had a few of those. And then . . . I had 2 bites of a fried twinki and 1 bite of a fried oreo. Yes I know huge GASP!! I have wanted to try a fried twinki ever since I learned about them. Not because they sound good but just cause come on you just have to try something that is already so bad for you and then they fry it up. But let me tell you fried twinkis and fried oreos aren't good! But at least now I can say that I have tried it and will NEVER try it again. The ONLY redeeming fact of the day is that we walked around all day. As you can see I AM NOT going to even begin to think about the amount of calories that I ate today!! Although I have fallen off the wagon a bit :) I am having a wonderful time with my family and that is truly whats important. I also don't feel so bad because I have been eating good and loosing weight and I know that I will hop right back on that wagon and be strict again come tuesday. This is just a little vacation from my diet. And I actually fully plan on being good tomorrow. And tomorrow has to be better than today cause there is NO WAY that I will be eating another bite of a fried twinki :)
