That being said . . . my parents are coming to town tomorrow and I am so very excited!! I know that we will go out to eat at some non diet places but I do sorta plan on making better choices and not totally blowing it. But we shall see :) I do want to take them to Panera and so I know I can be good there. We are planning on going to the bay and eating at Bubba Gump Shrimp, I've never been there so I have no clue what is on their menu. I will have to look it up before we go. Anyhow, enough about this coming weekend of fun :)
Today I did pretty good and I have to say that I am pretty proud of myself! We went out with The Crofts (I know shocker huh), it was their little guys 1st birthday and we felt honored to spend it with him. We went to Panera for dinner and I got their Asian Sesame Chicken Salad (1/2) and 1/2 a Sierra Turkey Sandwich. I modified it on line before I went there and the meal came to 360 calories. We had bday cupcakes and I only had like 3 bites of Dans cupcake! The cupcakes were so pretty and looked so tempting with lots of yummy frosting. I only had 365 calories to spare and I am pretty sure I used them all up in my three bites, TOTALLY WORTH IT! I would have had more but I know this weekend begins tomorrow :) So here is what I consumed today :
Breakfast : Cinnamon Cheerios and 1/4 cup Skim Milk 140 calories (I knew I wanted to save up for tonight)
Lunch : 3/4 Chicken Sandwich Thin w/Laughing Cow Cheese (I would have had more but I just wasn't hungry) 145 calories
Dinner : Panera 360 calories
Snacks : Hostess 100 calorie pack Cinnamon muffins, Fiber One Brownie, 3 bites of cupcake 555 calories
I can't wait until tomorrow! I need to finish cleaning my home so until tomorrow . . . Happy Dieting!
