Katie Day 38

Well I am super glad that its night time cause I am way tired. I really want to just go to bed, but I know that if I start missing posts due to tiredness I could easily fall right off the wagon, so I am posting. Today was such a beautiful day outside! I thought about taking my little guy for a walk, but didn't. Too bad its not the thought that counts :) I did walk around Target with my little man in my arms and I pushed the cart, so that has to count for something right? Anyhow its been a rather lonely day and I am a bit down as I said last night. So today has totally been attack of the munchies for me. I had calories to spare, but I always feel better when I use my calories on healthy food. But, oh well tomorrow is a new day and I am planning on walking or something cause I have got to do something to shake these blues away! Here is what I ate today :

Breakfast : Chocolate Protein Shake 120 calories

Lunch : My usual sandwich thin except on an everything bagel thin (so yummy) 170 calories

Dinner : Left over Tri Tip 4 oz and Asparagus 203 calories

Snacks throughout the day : Hostess Chocolate cakes 100 calorie pack, Fiber One Brownie, Special K Cracker Chips (15), Garlic Salsa (4 Tbs so good), Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich, 100 calorie Granola Bar, Granola Thin, Dried Pineapple, Hot Chocolate 720 calories

AUGH I know the snacking was waaaayyyy bad!! My calorie intake was only 1213 but I need to eat better meals and not so many snacks! Even though I didn't blow my calories I am still going to bad rather disappointed with myself for all the snacking! I think that part of this diet is feeling good about myself therefore tomorrow I MUST DO BETTER! I know this isn't the most positive post but it is an honest one :) Thanks ladies for helping me stay honest and on my diet! I couldn't and wouldn't do it without you!
