Shelley: Day 36


It's late and today was crazy so this is going to be short and sweet. We started at a church breakfast that was super fun. We got to catch up with a lot of old friends and frankly there wasn't a lot of food I should have been eating, so I didn't. Jason and I made a deal, if I got up early he would take me to Hobee's later so I could have turkey bacon. It was soooo yummy and nowhere near the calories of the regular stuff.

We did pretty well at Hobee's, lots of fruit, stopping when we were full. Not bad. I didn't eat much until late when we stopped by Erik's Deli because we were in Gilroy. I tried to keep it reasonable but I definitely am not losing any weight this holiday weekend. Tomorrow, back on the wagon, hard core, enough of this stationary business.

Kaisi, it's so good to have you back. You looked so good on Sunday. It's amazing when you have a smaller frame just how much even a little weight loss shows but you have done incredible and you are definitely reaping the results. It's worth it, keep up the good work!

Katie, I might just steal your mom if you're not careful. I'm sad we didn't get a chance to crochet but that just means they have to come back sooner!

Dinner:
1/2 of an Abbot's Habit, Cup of Tomato Soup ( 550cal)

Snack:
V8 (30cal)

BMR CALC: 1691-1753=-62 Surplus (AHHHHHHH) (I added 300cal for misc snitches of my little guy's food.)
(For an explanation please see Shelley: Day 1 Post) Also, I updated my BMR from 1760 to 1691. As I lose weight that number will continue to fall.
